Sierra Truitt is the HR Administrator at Candace Ebert & Company. She works to maintain client requirements for all their HR needs. Her responsibilities include managing to distribute and track required training, employee file maintenance, and managing client employee benefits, including 401ks and health care.

Sierra was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu. There she obtained her Associate in Liberal Arts in 2013. She then continued her education at ASU and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2016. Sierra decided to return to school in 2018 and is currently pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health. Sierra continues to strive toward her goals while being a stay-at-home mother.

Sierra currently resides in New Mexico, with her two kids and four dogs. She spends her free time hiking, coaching soccer, singing karaoke, reading, traveling, and curating her body with tattoos and her home with rocks and minerals.
